Important criteria

Apex Support Services, LLC will provide services to individuals that meet our criteria. . .

Eligibility:

A documented mental health disorder and/or need for therapeutic care and supervision
Poor academic standing and is currently failing in school
Have a police record, probation officer, or are on supervised parole
Is currently in custody by the Department of Social Services and have behaviors that can jeopardize their current placement/foster care status
Behavioral/family issues that place them at risk of being moved out of their home
Difficulty controlling their emotions at home, in school, and in the community.
Refuses to adhere to rules developed by parents and school officials.
Individuals returning home from an outside placement (hospital, detention, residential program, etc.) & any others that the agency have the resources to manage

Exclusion:

Individuals with an unresolved substance abuse issue
Persons that do not meet the program eligibility criteria
Persons with active homicidal and/or suicidal ideations
Individuals that have a communicable form of disease
Individuals that place self and others at risk of injury and/or death
